How to make minced chicken kebab recipe
There are many varieties of minced chicken kebabs that you can to try. Today we are preparing something new with chicken mince to make a cheesy chicken as an appetizer for our small get together event.
I will stuffed cheese inside chicken minced to make a roll and then baked it or deep fry it till done.
These is a pure keto recipe . We will not use any carbs to make this chicken kebab.
You can called this kebab as a stuffed cheese chicken kebab. It is easy to make and yummy to taste.

Minced Chicken
To make kebabs using minced chicken use chicken leg boneless pieces. Leg boneless make the kebab soft and juicy. You can use chicken breast boneless as well but it somehow become dry after cooking.
You can use a store brought chicken minced for making any Kebabs but for the best result use a homemade chicken minced. Using a mincer you can easily make chicken minced at home.
Store brought minced often contains lots of fats as they use trimmed part of chicken to make the mince.

Minced chicken kebab recipe
Minced chicken are marinated with spices and stuffed with grated cheese and then fried till crisp. These minced chicken kebab are soft and yummy, can be made using an Oven as well

Ingredients
1. Take the minced chicken in a mixing bowl and add chilly flakes, pepper powder, salt, herbs and garlic and mix well.
2. Leave for 15 minutes to marinate and absorb all the flavours. Add mint and chopped parsley as well with the minced.
3. After the marination, divide the minced into 4 - 5 equal size balls using wet hand.
4. Now we need to flat the chicken ball into square shape. You can flat it on your kitchen table but note that it can get stick to it.
5. Best to take a plate or any flat kitchen utensil and cover it with a clean foil plastic. Or you can grease it with little oil .
6. Flat the mince chicken ball using your wet hands slowly pressing with the fingers. Make it a square shape.
7. Now topped it with the grated cheese all over. And fold it with the cheese to give a roll shaped. Refrigerated for 10 minutes to set.
8. Beat the eggs in a bowl and dip the chicken roll into the beaten egg.
9. Heat oil in a deep skillet pan and deep fry the chicken roll till crisp golden for about 2 minutes.
10. Transfer the chicken roll and baked in an oven for more 6-7 minutes.
11. You can cook it directly on the oil for 6-7 minutes in slow flame.
12. Cut the roll in small size using a sharp knife and garnish to serve your guest.

Ingredients
- 200 gm Chicken mince( keema)
- 1 cup grated cheese ( processed)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 teaspoon red chilly flakes(green chili paste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped mint leafs
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley)(coriander leaves)
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon dry herbs ( garam masala)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste.
How to make the recipe
- Take the chicken minced in a mixing bowl and add chilly flakes, black pepper powder, herbs, chopped garlic, lemon juice and salt.
- Give everything a fine mix by rubbing and kneading for two to three times.
- Mix chopped mint leaves and parsley with the minced chicken.
- After that leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Making the minced chicken kebab
- Divide the chicken minced into equal size four to five balls using a wet hand.
- Cover a chopping board or a plate with a plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
- Grease with little water and place the minced ball over it.
- Now using wet fingers press the minced ball slowly to spread lengthwise.
- Make it around 7 - 8 inch long rectangle shape.
- Apply the grated cheese all over it and press lightly.
- Now start to fold from one side covering the cheese inside it. Make like a roll.
- Repeat with the remaining minced balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
- Heat enough oil in a deep vessel pan in medium flame and beat two eggs in a flat bowl.
- Bring the minced roll and dip one into the beaten egg and add into the oil to fry.
- Fry in slow flame for 7 - 8 minutes. Remove on a absorbent paper to absorb any excess oil from it.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
- Similarly you can baked these minced chicken kebab in an oven too.
- Preheat oven to 240°C for about 15 minutes and line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
- Place the minced roll over the tray and grease with butter or oil.
- Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes or till done. After 8 - 10 minutes flip them and apply butter and bake.
- You can cover these minced roll with aluminium foil for a nice shape and then bake them.
